I am so pleased with this vacuum. I have 3 fluffy long-haired cats who shed constantly. I have a powerful upright vacuum that deep cleans but it is only ho-hum at getting up the cat hair and when trying to use the attachments with it, it falls over. My new Electrolux does the job wonderfully and it handles so easily. The cat hair comes up and dusting with it and using the attachments is a breeze. The dust bags though are rather small but I can live with that. On the whole, I am completely satisfied.Customer Review: I hope this is better than the previous model

I actually bought an EL7001. A 2-cent clip that joins the power head to the wand broke off, and we tried an Electrolux store for repairs. They told us "Oh, we don't handle those--they're made by Eureka. If you want a REAL Electrolux, bring it in for a trade-in." Now, would you buy anything from idiots like that?? The vacuum is now worthless, because the power head won't stay on. One star is more than they're worth.Customer Review: I love it!

I love it--I never had a vacuum cleaner that worked like this! It's not noisy- I didn't believe how different my furniture looked----it was actually really vacuumed!!!It moves so nice and it's light--I don't mind carrying it upstairs. I grew up with an Elecrolux and it is still going strong from 1980. I bought this one for myself and have been happy with it. When I received it a piece was cracked, I called customer service and had me drop it off at an authorized dealer. I grew up with upright vaccum cleaners and when mine broke down, I borrowed an electrolux harmony from my friend. I loved the ease and the light weight of the canister. I ordered the Oxygen instead because I wanted more power....I got it! This vaccum has great power. The self propelled motor in the head is great. The bags are a little small, but I love not having to dust after I vaccum. The attachments make changing surfaces and attachments easy. Highly recommend this product.
