The Eureka canister 3670G is a great product. I have a good upright vac for my deep pike carpets, but I needed a small canister to replace my 15-year-old Dirt Devil which had served me so well. All I wanted was a similar small, lightweight plastic canister vac for kitchen and bathroom tile and to clean out the car, etc. After much searching I found the 3670G Eureka (12 amp). It has great suction. It pulls well and is so lightweight I can carry it easily up and down stairs.
One reviewer complained about the cheap tools--and that is right. Really small and ineffective. HOWEVER, most of us have saved tools from our old sweepers, so I am using the tools from my dead Dirt Devil canister. They fit my new Eureka just fine.
Aside from the cheap tools, it is a great product for bare floors, indoor-outdoor carpet and cars interiors. at a very low price.

I used to own a Mighty Light, which is a very similar vacuum from Eureka.
Used that one for about 5-6 years until it finally broke.
This thing is slightly stronger and a little louder.
This vacuum does a great job getting dust and Cat hair from just about anything(carpet, velvet drapes). Best part is you do not have to run the thing over every inch of the surface (unlike other small canisters), it's powerful enough to suck dust in even when it's in the close proximity.

Pros:
-Great suction, even with the bag 2/3 full.
-Lightweight, compact design, easy to hand carry.
-Gets warm but not too hot to carry.
-Swiveling wheels make for good maneuverability.
-Vacuum hose swivels on both ends, keeping hose twisting to a minimum.
-Comes with a floor tool (best for hard floors, adequate but not great for rugs/carpet), duster, and crevice tool. Handle has an adjustable suction port.
-Build quality is pretty good, considering price and weight.
-Bag changes are ridiculously easy, and bags are designed with a cardboard flip cap to help keep dust from spilling out.
-Long power cord.
Cons:
-Floor tool tends to drag on rugs/carpet.
-Vacuum hose made of thin gauge plastic, try not to step on it too many times.
-Cord management could have been improved with a cord clip on the plug that actually fits the cord diameter, along with an easy-off swivel hook for the cord.
-No HEPA filter (if you need that sort of thing) but then again that's one less thing to change/clean.
Overall:
This is a great canister vac for people in small homes/apartments, or homes with mostly hard flooring. Compact, maneuverable, light but powerful. Suction stays strong even when the bag is starting to fill.
