Customer Review: Awesome Vacuum!

I purchased this two years ago after reading all the reviews, and I'm not sorry! When the machine first arrived I found the reviews that the switches were difficult to use to be correct. But now they are not a problem. It'[s almost like it was designed to stand the test of time. When my son first used it he complained .... "{Lazy people! " he said... I said "{what?" .. he replied... "self propelled vacuum!!!!" I had to tell him that it isn't self propelled, it is just so powerful it "drives itself" Some people may like that feature... but it does clean well, and the way iit's designed you dont have to "hook up": the hose, it's already hooked up, just switch from floor to hose and off you go!
I have found that the hose will sometimes (not often, but it's annoying when it happens) fall in middlee of vacuuming. That's a pain to deal with.
I suppose other vacuums will soon have the suction power of this baby, with better controls and storage, but for now, this one gets my vote on it's price and power!

THE GUY WHO WROTE THE "MAJOR REPAIR ISSUES CURRENTLY WITH THIS VACUUM, BUYER BEWARE!" REVIEW IS SELLING HIS OWN STUFF (which brands you have likely never heard of). THIS IS A VIRAL MARKETING TECHNIQUE AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS PARTICULAR PRODUCT. IT IS SPAM-SPAM-SPAM-SPAM.
YOU ARE LOOKING FOR USER REVIEWS ABOUT THIS VACUUM CLEANER AND HAVE TO SIFT THROUGH HIS ACHINGLY LONG RANT ON....WHY YOU SHOULD BUY HIS STUFF. Just because it is so annoying, I will never buy anything he is touting.

As was stated by the vacuum repair expert, the BELT on these things breaks ALL THE TIME!!!! I am constantly trying to find a new one and replace them. Just get the roller brush caught on a piece of string, end of carpet, whatever... and the belt breaks!!! I suggest you look elsewhere. I don't actually own one of these vacuums, but in reading reviews of vacuums I noticed that the same reviewer was panning several Eureka and Hoover vacuums. He typically warned of repair problems with a title of "MAJOR REPAIR ISSUES CURRENTLY WITH THIS VACUUM, BUYER BEWARE!" After doing a little checking, I found that he runs a vacuum sales outlet - primarily selling another brand of vacuums that cost over $500. So I'm somewhat sketical of his bad-mouthing other brands.Customer Review: Boss Smart Vac is a good one!

I like my new vacuum. The accessories are neatly attached. It does a good job on tile, carpet, or wood floors. It is heavy, but I knew that when I bought it. It is not good for doing stairs because it is not possible to balance it on the stairs without falling down them! The price is excellent for the cleaning power!
