Rather average KMART style cleaner but unlike KMART you get a higher percentage of factory rejects sold on Amazon. FYI after 30 days, amazon refers you to the manufacturer so make sure to return it before then otherwise you are on your own. One year, 6 month warranty, big whoops, Amazon does not care. The plastic mold of this product does not form a tight seal and dust escapes while you are vacuuming.Customer Review: Awesome!

This is the best vacuum I've ever used. It's like a cheaper (in price) Electrolux. Works great every time I use it. Picks up everything.
The only con is this thing is HEAVY for a vacuum, but it does roll easily. And the upright lock release can be tricky sometimes. Only two minor cons.

Granted, I'm coming from a second-hand Bissell that sounded like my very own jet engine, but this vacuum is great! I don't send my two children into hysterics every time I turn it on. It actually cleans the floor (ah, the wonderful sound of tiny bits of dirt disappearing into the sucking machine!). I mean, it REALLY cleans the floor. I drop something sticky, I pick it up and it's not covered in fuzz! I don't get a monstrous asthma attack every time I use it because of the Hepa filter. The directions for use were clear and concise. Every little part went where the manual said it was supposed to go (and none of them fall off). Fabulous. And!! The best part! Okay,so my three year old Dyson 18slim was already DOA by the time I recieved this vacuum but WOW - this thing is great. Okay, it's big, it is...and heavy - yeah, so what ... and not so quiet that a baby could sleep while you vacuum (get real) but WOW talk about suction!!! On that note, you better keep the baby a good three feet away from it (and small dogs and your pony tail...not kidding!!!). Yes, the big monster here would be HELL to drag up any stairs (even one stair) but I don't have stairs. Whoopee! It's simple to put together and that's good because I'm an idiot ...ha ha. The settings are easy to understand and wow does it SUCK IT UP! Talk about power! I don't care that it's red like a fresh wound - hey, that's so you'll always remember to put it away, right? Look, if you can get over the fact that it isn't light weight and is probably a curse from the devil for anyone who has stairs or a second floor ~ you'll love this thing. I do! I had a Dyson thinking I was "cool" and really getting the best bang for my buck >>> FOOL! Nope. Trash the expensive models, buy the extra bags and marry a strong man to take it upstairs for you. (wink) Give the baby and small dog to grandma if you can't keep them at least 3 feet from the machine (not kidding) and enjoy your new monster red vacuum!!! The hepa filter is terrific. I rate it a 4 star only because it IS heavy. But I've had compliments on my "toned arms" recently (wink wink)so it's a two-fer! Okay, grandma/grandpa - this might be a little too much PUSH for your penny, but for the younger set / / / get out that checkbook and let'er rip! This one is the one to buy! I was sick and tired of the bagless,the mess,dust and using my air compresser to blow out all parts of my Dyson canister.I really think this Eureka out cleans and is cleaner all around for a fraction of the cost.
