I ordered my product on 8/12. It is now 9/12 and still no product!!!! Also, contacted seller and no response. BAD SELLER! AMAZON should consider booting them due to pure neglect. Not only of me, but of other sellers also. Now we know why the price was so good. RUN AWAY! I will be filing a claim with Amazon today in hopes that I will get my money back. I have the green Optima lightweight vac. Love it too but hate cleaning the dustcup/filter. I will try the nylon covering tip that someone mentioned. My vac came with the DCF-10 (grey). When I just went to put the DCF-14 Hepa filter in it, I can't close the dust cup screw top either.Customer Review: Doesn't fit properly :(

I was happy to find such a cheap HEPA filter since the DCF-10 is 20+$ at k-mart but this filter doesn't fit right in my Eureka Optima that is made for this type of filter. It does not sit well on the tube that the dcf-10 slides into and I'm not able to twist and lock the dust cup lid with this filter on. I am very disappointed.
