I just picked up this vacuum today. I'm very impressed by the suction and portability. I'm not too happy about emptying the cup and servicing the filter. It will take some more practice tinkering to figure out a cleaner way of emptying the canister. Bag vacuums are alot more convienient, but I want a less impact on the landfills. Over all, I was grossed out about how dirty my carpet was after replacing my old 10 year old vacuum. I can breathe a bit better today after using this vacuum. I don't have a pet, but with the excess dust around my home, I'm confident this will serve it's purpose and work well.

I love this vacuum. This past week end I emptied out the vacuum out for a second time. It was not a great chore. I just read about the nylons trick. I must try that. My carpet seems a bit cleaner after using this vacuum.

Product does what it advertises. We have 3 cats and it removes cat hair from the carpet. Easy to maneuver. Canister easy to remove/dump, but filter in the canister requires a brush to clean thoroughly. The cord could be about 5 feet longer, but it's worth the price.Customer Review: Eureka Pet Lover Oh!

I did a lot of research prior to purchasing a new vacuum and was very pleased and convinced that I was making the right purchase by going the the Eureka Pet Lover Oh!. To say I am disappointed in this product is an understatement!!!!! There is no power to it, I had to go over a spot about 10 times prior to it picking up a small piece of lint, my rug and floors NEVER look clean after using it, the attachment hose does not reach anything and is useless, and one of the attachments has already broken and I have not even used it!!!! I was extremely disappointed in this product! I have had the vacuum for two weeks now, one piece is broken and it does not do anything it claims to do. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Wonderful product. I have 3 cats and a dog and kids. They all shed. (The kids shed dirt!!!) I have throw rug downstairs, and hardwood floors. Wall to wall staircase and upstairs. This works great on all floor surfaces. Sure, the filter is a bit tough to clean but an old toothbrush works great. The 'Pet Paw' is great on stiars and furniture. The retracting handle makes storage easy. Onboard hose is sooo nice. This little baby really does Suck, and I mean it sucks good. It can draw in pet hair from a foot away. It even gets the cat litter the cats leave behind. I use it every day. It is a little louder than my old machine, but for the price I would not switch back. I highly recomend this machine!!
