I had this sweeper for all of two months before it died. I can't get any response from the company regarding the warranty. It never worked that great to begin with - I'd always have to use the broom after using this sweeper. I'll never buy another Shark product.Customer Review: Don't throw out the box. I bought this vacuum for my wife as a Christmas gift so she wouldn't have to haul out the long hose of the central vac for a small job. She hasn't used it as much as I have and I think it's great. She likes it too. It is what it is. A small powered rechargable. It's not weak like a Dust Devil and it picks up great, including small stones, etc. The three level settings are of great help. I think it's great. I use it at home & at work. Very light weight. I've had 3 ladies at work ask me where I got it. Haven't found any thing that it won't pick up.
