Tool Review: works fine, difficult to replacer

The cartridge works fine and lasts about a year with considerable usage. Coffee pots last indefinitely with this clean water. I found the cartridges difficult to replace because I am an unhandy man. However, after 14 years, I cannot remove the cartridge even with belt wrenches. Any suggestions? email me at borance@verizon.net.
