Customer Review: Don't Use The Included Mounting Hardware

I to am disappointed in this purchase. The major problem lies with the toggle bolts included for mounting. Throw them away! Like one of the other reviewers my broke off in the wall as well and was very difficult to extract. It also made a large hole and would not tighten properly. If your rack does not line up with the studs in the wall I suggest using molly bolts not the toggles. The hole the toggle creates allows too much room for movement and will not tighten properly. The rack itself is OK once you mount it right. I hope this prevents someone else from becoming frustrated.
