I'm going to be short here. This product failed within two months, as a few others have mentioned.
It's junk, and I strongly advise avoiding this item. Get the basic folding hooks that work on gravity alone.
That's what I'm about to do.

I use this to hold my brooms which are next to my fridge. The space between this and the fridge is limited, but i am able to just pull the brooms down through this holder. With the exception of the Swiffer Sweeper. I had to remove the bulky handle grip from that to make it come in and out easily.
