This broom just spit the dirt out as fast as it picked it up. Not worth even considering - I bought this first thinking it was the more expensive model and therefore must be better. WRONG!!! I've never owned a manual sweeper, so didn't know what to expect. Needless to say this sweeper works well; particularly on my carpet when I need a quick cleaning and don't have time to pull out my big gun. I do have to go over the floor several times to pick up stuff, but still feel it's better than nothing. The sweeper is lightweight and easy to maneuver and very easy to put together and store. I would likely buy it again if in the market.Customer Review: Good for use between vacuuming for a quick cleanup

I'm glad I purchased this item as it is a quick way to clean up small messes without having to drag out the vacuum. I especially like the fact that it isn't using any electricity, so it is a genuinely "green" product! I use it exclusively on commercial carpeting and it works well.
