Customer Review: Coldest steam I've ever felt!

I bought this steamer to be a bed bug killer first and steam cleaner second. The attachments are great for cleaning, which is why I'll give this 2 stars, but for doing what I wanted it to do...mediocre. I purchased a ConAir steamer which was more for steaming clothes, but that would kill bed bugs with a quick pass over the bed bug from like 2-4 inches away. This thing, I have to put right up to the bed bug to kill it and I can put my hand about two inches away from this thing and the steam isn't even that hot. I tried it on my shower to get the limescale off and it didn't do anything for the limescale. It got the glass nice and hot when I held it there for a while...but didn't do a thing to take it off.

So for what I wanted it for, the ConAir steamer was much more effective at half the price.
