I bought the product over the phone. Once your into their sales pitch you can't get out and they keep trying to sell you more and more. In aggrevation I just hung up. They sent me (5) sets and billed my Credit card for $102.00. They were very rude to talk to. Cost me $11.50 to send the JUNK back. It's taking forever to get credit back on my CC. Been over a month from my first contact with them. This product will give anyone who sells it a bad name.Customer Review: Tips would help

The kit provides what they advertise. A few user tips would be helpful like using blue painter tape to define the spread area and ease in clean up. Some simple pictures would also help. A few coupons for an entire tube of caulking in various colors would be nice. The product can assist in doing a better job in spreading caulk.Customer Review: Work's for me!

Contrary to other reviewers, my tube of caulk was not hard. I used it and it worked well. I took the advice of other reviewers and masked both sides of the caulking line before caulking and I must say that it is the best way to do it. Without masking it is a less perfect-looking caulk job as I tried it once without masking. But, as most commercials seem to be the most perfect of hundreds of video takes, Xpress Seal Pro isn't nearly the "miracle-cure" of the caulking world that the commercials seem to indicate. It still takes a little common sense and general know-how. I recommend reading the reviews before purchasing anything. Two-thumbs up!Customer Review: Xpress Seal Pro

The Seal Pro is easy to use and gives a good looking result. Just apply
the caulk, and use one of the three Pro caulk applicators to make a really smooth, good looking caulk line. You are done in minutes. Also the tool used to remove old caulk works well also. I would recommend disposable gloves and a rag for easy clean up.
