We ordered a pair of Sharks, because they are indisensable in the kitchen. Both arrived undamaged, but the handle was not included with one. Since we we disposing of a previous Shark, we salvaged the handle. Be sure to check for missing parts!Customer Review: Total Waste of Money

This isn't even worth one star! I was very excited to buy this sweeper for myself and my daughter at such an unbelievable price. Well, you know what they say... if it's too good to be true, it probably is! Both of these sweepers came with cords that don't fit either sweeper!! What's up with that??? It's not worth sending them back because the postage would probably be as much as what I paid for the sweepers. They are totally unusable and will be going in the trash. I don't know how Amazon can sell products like this! I'm extremely disappointed and will never buy anything reconditioned from Amazon again!Customer Review: great for a quick job

I just started using this today and it gets the job done quick. It is a lot quieter than a mini vac or regular vaccuum. It also gets the dust and hair on rugs that you can't see. I was SO excited to try out this product, but after charging it for several days and trying to turn it on, it never did work. I ended up getting a refund and am tired from the wasted excitement. I'm discouraged from ordering a similar product and waiting for it to arrive, then waiting for it to charge again.
