I purchased the Weed Eater Featherlite blower at Wal-mart for 69.95 and it worked great 3 times then the pull cord would not retract. I returned it and recieved a new one and used it 3 times and then had the same problem. Poulan/Weedeater will do nothing except direct me to their autherized dealer who will not fix it without a reciept, which I do not have. The serial number shows it was produced 4/9/07 but Northern Tool does not want to fix it without a reciept even thought Weed Eater says you don't need a reciept and Northern tool says their policy is to have one. Poulan says "Oh well try another repair shop. So I'm stuck with a defective product that no one wants to fix and Weed Eater could care less.
