This flashlight is by far the best I've ever used. Having multiple settings from anywhere from 12 lumans to 200 lumans makes it easy to conserve battery when needed and also have light when needed. With 200 lumans it's very bright. It's brighter than any other light I had and was a fraction of the size. The strobe and S.O.S. are great to have as well. The light is durable and comes in a nice carrying sheath. The only gripe is the batteries are expensive, but the life of the batteries are so good that you wont have to be buying too many. Defenitly a good buy for someone who wants a durable and very bright light.Customer Review: One word: WOW!!

The flashlite is small, but very, very powerful!!! I'm using rechargeable Tenergy CR123 900mAh, and it is way more powerful than the other flashlight I have that uses 'D' batteries.
I will try it later with one-shot CR123 batteries to check whether it makes the difference (more light or even lasting longer), but anyway, with the rechargeable ones it is already great (and those are the ones I'm going to use it with.. dont want to waste money on one-way batteries since I have the Tenergy ones).

This is a very good LED light. Several different brightness modes plus strobe and SOS ( don't personally have much use for the last two modes ). Turbo mode is for short term lighting and is VERY bright. For the money you can't go wrong with any of the lights by fenix.

The Fenix P3D is excellent. Period. Its excellence stems from its flawless beam, to its 215 lumens in turbo-mode, to its outstanding runtimes with 2 - CR123's (3V). Not as compact as the P2D mind you... but with 2 lithium cells, you'll see clearly through the darkness, and will be able to do so for an extended period. As I said... great bargain for the bucks!
