Ordered this from Amazon for $137 + 18 for overnight shipping, which is cheaper than most places that charge $155 without shipping. The thing is amazingly bright, has very good throw for a floodlight. Ordered 3pm was at my door at 5pm the next day.

Have not used it much and it no longer operates on all light levels, the turbo has never worked well, flickering off after 2 or 3 minutes. My Ultrastinger is a much more durable light for the money. Impossible to find a phone number for factory repair etc.

I seldom provide reviews on Amazon, however, this light merits one. I purchased this light when it was brand new on the market and I have used it often since that time. The light has performed flawlessly. In addition to the other reviews regarding the astounding brightness of the light, I would also add that the light is very durable. I have taken the light on hiking ventures, tethered it to my bike with a rope and ridden many miles with it, and used it on the farm. The outside of the light looks like it has seen some use (which it definitely has), however, its performance has not suffered.

I'm returning to purchase more to give them as Christmas gifts.

This is an amazing flashlight - and I'm a serious flashlight junkie. The only light I have that's brighter is my Streamlight HID LightBox and it weighs a ton. The only drawback to this light is that it uses 8 batteries to operate at full power for any length of time. The good news is that it will operate on only 4 and that the batteries are AAs so they are easy to find. I use a lot of AA batteries in lights and camera gear and I've had the best luck with Sanyo Eneloop batteries charged in the Maha MH-C808M charger. This is the best charger for any NiMh batteries. If you use a lot of AAA, AA, C, or D batteries - get one.

This isn't that flashlight you keep around for a quick job or waiting for an emergency. This is the flashlight for those who use a flashlight often and appreciate lots of light coming from a well-built product.
