Amazon was just the best to deal with and the product was great! This was a gift for someone else .There was a mix up on the address, we thought it had been stolen from there porch since it was not delivered at the time that we tracked it! Since this was a small town with honest folks we found we had the wrong address.Amazon sent out a replacement before we found the problem, the second one was return at the time of delivery and all turned out well. This safe arrived in approximately 10-12 days after I ordered it. It was the perfect size I was looking for. The instructions,keys and shipping slip were all included. I was disappointed that the top left corner of the safe was dented. The damage was very minimal, so I did not bother returning the unit. I was also disappointed that the was no way to secure the safe to the floor. No mounting bolts or holes were provided and no mounting tips were mentioned in the instructions. This safe has done what it is required to do, protect my valuables. Battery life for the electronic panel is excellent, as I have been using it for more than a year with no replacement of batteries. The construction could have been better, as the metal casing is kind of weak (mine came with a small depression on the top side due to shipping), and they don't do a good job on packing this box to protect it from shippers; so you will want to inspect it very well when you receive it. The opening mechanism has worked flawlessly thus far. It is not huge, it has a good size to store many valuables and even some documents. For the price I say it is a good deal, and from my experience I would recommend it.Customer Review: Let me in

We rec'd the safe and there is a dent/scrap on the top. The biggest problem is the safe doesn't open. We called Honeywell and were told to replace the battery, which is in the safe we can't open. Then were asked why we don't use the key to open the safe. Well if you shake the 70lb. safe it sounds as if the key is locked in it, or else we didn't receive it. Called today, we were told that a master key was being shipped out in 3-5 business days. The size of the safe is what we were looking for, but the safe is useless to us if we can't get it to open so we gave it 2 stars.
