I purchased two filters and received them within one week of ordering. It seemed that I had to run water through the filter much longer than the recommended three minutes, but since then haven't had problems with water quality. The water and ice have no taste and we haven't been purchasing as much bottled water. The filter seems to really work because the old filter was cloudy and had a lot of sediment in it...all the stuff we shouldn't be drinking. I'll definitely continue buying these from the same vendor.
