Customer Review: Much improved whip hose design

The newer style whip hose design is much improved over the old style design that used brass fittings with a very cheap hose that you could crush with your fingers. The new style hose is much more substantial and you can bend it into as tight a radius as you want without it kinking. The new style hoses use black fittings instead of the brass fittings, that is how you can tell if you have a new style hose.Customer Review: Problems with hose !

I have had this hose for about a year. At first I was very happy with the Fuji spray equipment and hose. I think the Fuji sprayer I have is great. The problem is that the ferrule on the whip hose will cut a hole in the hose in a short time. It is not worth spending another $30 to get another replacement that will do the same thing. I would pass on this item .
