This a a very good concrete sealing product. A couple of coats will do wonders for making a garage or basement floor easier to sweep, more dust-free, and nearly water and stain proof.

The old Jasco product has been bought by another company Homax, which has re-named the product and reformulated it slightly. As far as I can tell it is still close to as good as the original, although this is my first time with the new formulation. Good product for the price.
