I can't believe how well this system worked. We purchased a Bosch front load dryer that would not work becuase it was sensing the lint in my vent system. We tried everything we could, to no avail. We purchased this cleaning system, it worked EXACTLY, if not BETTER than advertised. We had no problems, and the amount of lint we got out of our vent system was incredible. EVERYONE should clean their lint system on a regular basis, I know I will now. The only problem we had was connecting to our shop vac, but with a little ingenuity on my part, we solved that problem. I ordered the combination system and its description clearly says that you get 27 feet length. I received a total of (8) 3 foot rod sections, plus the brush which is 2" long. I called Smarthome and they told me that this is correct, you get (8) rods with the system and extensiont kit. I tried to tell them that 8 x 3 is 24 NOT 27 and the customer svc person actually argued with me that all pieces in the kit added up to 27 feet. This is just not true!!!! I am very dissatisfied and I think the description is incorrect and misleading.Customer Review: Big bang - small buck

I'm a dryer vent cleaning specialist with over 12 years experience in this field. The LintEater system is, by far the best device I've found for cleaning dryer vents - and I've tried more than a few. The instruction manual was created by professionals who REALLY know laundry ducts. They steer the user away from the many errors which can lead to costly repairs and show, step-by-step how to properly and safely clean a dryer vent. The system parts are high quality and durable - even under hard and constant usage. The cost is unbelievably low compared to other products on the market. Tried it with my vent which has almost a 90 degree curve at the beginning. The brush wasn't moving forward anymore so I reversed the drill, the brush to detached and stuck in the vent where I cannot reach it anymore. This is totally defective product, if I didn't have a problem before, now I most certainly do - 'the linteater brush stuck in my vent' where I can't reach it.Customer Review: Buy This

I was unsure when i ordered this product but it turned out to be much better than expected. It's extremly well made and was very easy to use. The rods go together easily. The brush is well made and stiff. It does the job and the lint is easy to remove. I was amazed at how much lint was in my vent and the dryer works much better now. I highly recommend this product. I even used one rod and another brush that was included to clean the dryer itself.
