WOW- This is a great product. Very easy to read instructions (I did not watch the quick start DVD). The packaging is plain cardboard and it makes you wonder about the quality of the product. But once you open it and use it everything is just fine! Very Fast and it makes it's way around corners very well.
I was able to reduce our drying time on towels from 110 min to 70 and on cloths from 70 min to 35.
WELL WORTH THE MONEY!

Easy, fast and very effective. It took me about one hour and a half to clean a 16 feet long dryer lint duct full of twist and turns. When done, I ended up with a grocery bag full of old accumulated lint, and noticeable shorter time dryer cycles. The only problem I encountered, is that the vacuum attachment that came with the system does not fit my shop back, so I decided to use the dryer blower attachment instead, causing the lint to blow everywhere. I was very impressed with the workmanship of the product and the reusability. Generally speaking, a product for this purpose at that price, can only be used once due to poor design and workmanship. The system also works on gutter draining pipes, but I did not used the product for this, and expect not to have the need to do so...
I highly recommend this product, having a professional do the job, could cost the same or more than the product itself.

Used as recommended (make sure to read ALL the instructions) this product did a fantastic job of cleaning the dryer vent, which was FULL of lint. Prior to cleaning, my brand-new high-efficiency dryer needed two cycles to dry clothes. After cleaning, it worked as expected. As an added benefit we lowered the risk of a fire due to a blocked vent. Before purchasing the extra extension kit, try to estimate the distance between the opening and your dryer. I purchased an extension kit unneccessarily; the one that came with the product was sufficient.
