I have one word for this product, Brilliant! I used the Linteater with the 12' expansion kit to clean out my dryer vent. I used the entire 24 feet. It was easy as could be. A lot of thought has gone into this product. The vacuum adapter eliminated any mess. One word of caution. If you are cleaning out an inaccessible dryer vent line, take Linteater's advice and put a piece of duct tape on each joint so it cannot unscrew. I didn't do this, thinking that I wouldn't have any problem remembering to not reverse the drill. To disconnect each section when I was removing it from the vent, I used the method of holding the next section and reversing the drill to unscrew it. Old pea-brain forgot to reverse the drill back to clockwise direction and it unscrewed. I can't say I wasn't warned, many times. Fortunately, the last section unscrewed and I was able to re-thread it. My vent line is accessible so it wouldn't have been a catastrophe if I had to take it apart.Customer Review: Brush is stuck in the vent!!

I have a long dryer vent "about 20 feet", I followed all the instructions
and the last rod, the one with the brush still came off in the vent.
Now I have to have a professional vent cleaning service come out and try
to remove the stuck brush and then clean the vent out. I'm not saying this
system won't work for most people but if you have a dryer vent more than about
five feet long I would highly recommend you don't use this system call a
professional vent cleaning company it will be worth the money.
And one last comment, I did not put the drill in reverse mode I followed
all the directions and one of the rods still came off.

It does what it says. The main issue that I had (or so I thought) coming into my new home was that my dryer wasn't drying as efficiently as I knew it had been. My clothes now were taking twice as long to dry as before. The last owners probably had no idea how clogged the vent was. It was a fire hazard, which was really my biggest issue. I found the Lent Eater here on Amazon, problem solved. Works as advertised, just don't get it stuck by putting your drill in reverse at the wrong time. It works!Customer Review: Clean as a whistle!

We are VERY pleased with this dryer vent cleaning system. We had made several attempts to clean our vent with a shop vac and a long hose. Yes, we got a lot of gunk out of the vent, but it was never really clean . . . until we got the Gardus RLE202 10-pc. dryer vent cleaning system.
Drying time for loads of laundry are now cut by a shocking 75%! What a difference this has made.
Don't risk burning your house down and possible loss of life. Make sure your dryer vent is truly clean. This system is an excellent investment.
