When I received these bags, I replaced the OEM bag included with my new Hoover Tempo Widepath Hoover Tempo Widepath Upright Vacuum, Bagged, U5140-900 with one of these "Type Y" vacuum bags. The bag installed relatively easily, requiring some folding at the top and bottom to fit it into the enclosure. Suction is very good, and I like the "dust window" that allows me to view the amount of debris that has been pulled into the bag. I ordered these because you can't beat the price. So far I haven't noticed a difference in performance. They did appear to be a bit longer than the name brand I had been buying, though I didn't break out the measuring tape to confirm my observation. These have been a great value and I plan to order when the time comes.
