Got this, and first impressions are that for $22, it's a pretty decent machete. Gerber had this made in China, as per the package markings and it carries a 1 year warranty, unlike Gerber's lifetime warranty on apparently other USA made knives. Comes with a nylon sheath, with velcro strap. 18 inch blade, with saw on the back, a claim of 'high carbon steel'. Part of the Fiskars brand, this is part of the Gerber Legendary Blades line. Grip is non-slip type, and seems to be easy to use either as a traditional blade, or flip it over, and use as a saw. Has a warning sticker on the blade, that will peel off in time but is NOT intended to be taken off. Has a lanyard too.
Wish it was US made, and had a better warranty. Only time will tell how it holds up.
