Customer Review: Missing pieces!

Just moved in to a new home and needed to organize the garage. I bought this for that purpose. One star because I was thrilled that it was shipped FREE even though the item weighed 60-80lbs! And around Christmas time!! Deal in it's own. Was sad to find that the package was all taped up, upon being open, it looked like it had been previously opened, maybe returned and one of the essential legs for the shelf was missing!! It would have cost me $45-60 to ship it back. One more star because I used another leg to replace the non existent one. Was even more bummed when i found a larger unit at costco for the same price.
