Tools and Hardware Reviews of Gracious Living 91000-1C Four Shelf Storage System Light Duty Solid Shelf DesignCustomer Review: Just What I Needed Summary: 5 Stars
This cabinet was ideal for my computer/craft room. It allows me to be more organized rather than having boxes piled high. Sturdy.
Customer Review: Just as advertised! Summary: 5 Stars
This shelving unit was a breeze to put together. I use it in my office for various sized items. Heavy items on the bottom shelf add stability. A great value.
Customer Review: Not What I expected Summary: 2 Stars
thew shelving unit is not what I expected. I expected something a bit more stable and I expected it to be black not gray. kjbe3cause of these reasons I sould not us it for what I wanted to and had to go out and buy something else.
Customer Review: READ ME!! Summary: 5 Stars
Just wanted to give everyone a heads up in case you're in a hurry so you don't miss what I missed. These shelves are 48" high, not 48" wide. They are 24" wide, 12" deep and 48" tall. Having said that, they are fine shelves. I just wished I would have slowed down, and did the math.
Customer Review: Small and ugly, picture is wrong. Summary: 2 Stars
It was my mistake reading 48 as being the width and although I see I'm not the first one to do that, I can't fault anyone for that mistake even though the unit is absurdly small and won't be good for much in my house. However, the item pictured (sleek black with the middle pattern and flush flooring) isn't what I was shipped, I got a similar but very cheap looking alternative. Seriously, it looks like sections of packing palettes re-purposed as cheap shelving, as ugly and workshop fodder as you could imagine. I do not approve of this ugly, incorrectly advertised item, nor do I approve of the price, which is over double what the item is worth. I'm usually very pleased with my Amazon purchases but this one was a gigantic dud. It gets 2 stars because it is solid, but then, for it not to be solid it would have to be made of substandard, easily breakable materials, and with plastics there is no point in trying to skimp on load bearing strength -- you don't save any money and you risk bad publicity.
