If you have trouble with the lamp going on and off or not working at all, it is most likely NOT SNAPPED IN ALL THE WAY....and they are a real bear to get installed all the way in the socket...Had the same problems with my own lamp till I figured it out.Customer Review: Just as advertised

I read many reviews for this kind of bulb. I miss my lamp and depend on it especially in the winter. I settled on this one for the price and overall reviews. The bulb lasted two weeks. Lame.
