This basket is very difficult to use. You have to have the food inside then try to line up this large rod to run down the middle to hold the two sides together.
We love the idea and it does a good job once on the bar-b-que. Would just love to see a different design for putting it together.
Customer service for the company where it was purchased was great. No problems there.
