This review applies to the model pictured and it can probably apply to the newer Gripmaster Hand Exerciser Red, Medium Tension (7-Pounds per Finger) too.
I've had the medium tension version for over a year and I have seen my grip and finger strength improve. I cannot stress enough how great a design that allows you to work individual fingers is. Although I still need to work on my pinkies (Yeah I know, I haven't worked the pinkies as much as I should have!). So until they are stronger, I will keep this model around, despite moving up to the Gripmaster Pro Hand Strengthening System, Heavy Tension (9 Pounds per Finger).
Well worth the money if you want to improve your grip and finger strength. Also works great as a stress reliever!
