The only thing I don't know is why I waited so long to get this. I read an article in Consumer Review before purchasing this and it is the #1 recommended steamer. I love the way my floors and rug came out. The assembly and operation is so simple, but more importantly, the end result is unbelievable. I have laminate, linoleum and tile flooring. They all ended up looking great. The highlight is that it is so light and easy to operate. I also don't end up with a backache when I'm done. I'll never be without this product again.
