This offer for $89.99 is the lowest I saw anywhere and I received it in 2 days. I was thrilled to receive the sanitizing mat in this package.
I received my Haan yesterday and used it for the first time. I think it's LOVE. It is so easy to put together and did a wonderful job on my kitchen ceramic tile and bathroom floor tile.
As many of you have stated, the cord it not long enough so I just added an extention cord and all is well.
I would like to thank all the customers that left feedback, that is what "sold" it for me.

I just ordered this steamer from the advice of a friend. I have been wanting to try a floor steamer for awhile but was a little hesitant as I've always used a mop or Swiffer Wet Jet. The problem is they always leave a sticky residue behind & become expensive. Plus I can't mop until my little ones go to sleep or they will walk all over my wet floors! My sister recommended the Shark Steam Mop, but a friend recommended the Haan and showed me how it worked. I scanned amazon.com reviews and most of the recommendations for Haan were much more positive, overall than the Shark or any others. As soon as it arrived I assembled the mop (very easy!) and put it to work. It fully met my expectations. It only took me about 5 minutes in total to mop the kitchen floor. It got up sticky spots and items that were stuck on that the mop alone never got out. I just held the steamer over the spot for a few seconds then ran the mop back & forth a few times & the marks came up! By the time I set the steamer on the heat-proof resting mat and went to grab a new cloth, the floor was dry!
PROS:
-The microfiber pads are quite tough and seem well-made! I ordered extra pads since I will be using this several times per week on three different floors.
-I look forward to using it to sanitize the mattresses since it came w/ a carpet/mattress attachment. I think it will be great to use when the kids are sick & we need to get rid of the germ bugs!
-it's lightweight and pushes easy
-easy, user-friendly instructions
-also came with several packets of lime scale remover to keep it clean it you have hard water. It recommends using distilled water, but that will become too costly. So, I will keep cleaning it once per month so it doesn't clog up.
Cons: left streaks on my hardwood floor, but this was after I had cleaned the kitchen floor. Could be that the pad was soaked and that's why. I will have to try that again. Despite this "con" I still gave it 5 stars.

I just used the haan fs20, its great. i have white and black checker board tile in the kitchen, It cleaned it without streaking. Im glad i bought this mop, before i used cleaners to mop and it always streaked on the black tiles so i had to go back and rince again with water. now with one step i have a clean floor thats shines, Awesome mop.Customer Review: Awsome!

We bought this item after weeks of research to find what would best do what we were looking for. We have two toddlers that make a mess at every meal, and no matter how well you sweep the trace of rice is still all over our hardwood floor. We also hate to mop, but after a good sweep we turn on our HAAN and steam mop our dining room, living room and kitchen in 15 minutes! some of the things we like are:
- it doesn't use chemicals
- it very well made and sturdy (made in Korea)
- the cord is long enough to do a whole room
- the pad cleaning area is nice size, not too big or small
We totally recommend this product for any family that is the run with no time to clean, but still love that squeeky clean feeling on the floors.

It gets the job done! Lets out a ton of hot steam. You can put more than a cup of water in it and it will last longer before it runs out. I've had mine for almost 2 years and it still works like a champ. I have laminite wood floors and tile. I also have 2 dogs, a cat and a 1 yr old. It really bets not putting chemicals on the floor clean. Also I use a clean pad every time. I wash my pads in washer with hot water and bleach and let them air dry.
