I only wish I'd bought my Haan FS20 3 years ago when I had my ceramic tile installed. I have over 1,000 sq.ft. of ceramic tile and I've spent many hours on my knees scrubbing the grout but no more of that with my new steamer. Run it slowly across the trouble areas and you can really see a difference plus no more streaks left behind like with a regular mop.

I love this steam mop, my first. The handle is aluminum and sturdy and the mop is relatively light. Easy to use and the micropads are easy to clean. I just soak the pads in a bucket of detergent water and use a brush to clean the pads and air dry. It cleans the floor well and it is hot! I use to have a hoover floormate, but I don't miss it at all....it was heavy with parts to assemble and chemicals used. This product only uses water. I called Haan and they said every few months just add vinegar to clean the unit, but in Hawaii we have great water.

I love this product. It is so easy to use and dries in under a minute! My 1 yr old is always following as I sweep and mop and he was always slipping, with this he can walk right across it. I have tile in my laundry room and linoleum in the rest of the house and it works great on both. We have black Florida dirt in our back yard so it is hard to keep the floor clean, after only one use the floor is cleaner than 2-3 times mopping!!! The cord is long enough and the handle is great because I am short and my hubby is tall so we can both comfortably use it. With kids, and animals, dropping food and then eating it off the floor I don't have to worry about chemicals. The pads are super easy to clean and reuse! No more having to buy mop heads and cleaners.
Great product I would totally recommend it, in fact I have and my grandmother now owns one!

I'm very pleased with this cleaner. I have vinyl floors and it did a wonderful job. I tend to go barefoot in the summer and the floors felt so clean...none of the gritty feeling left after mopping them. I have a very large kitchen plus 1/2 bath and laundry room. I was able to do the whole area with just 2 fill-ups. I haven't tried it on the carpets yet, but expect I will be equally pleased. I definitely recommend this product.
