I am very excited about this mop. It really does clean the floors well, and I recommend this mop to anyone who has back problems because it's very easy to push and is very light. It did my kitchen AND almost all of my dining roon floor before it needed refilling and even that was easy to do. I love how it leaves the floors just barely wet. The microfiber pads are very high quality and easy to clean. If you hate to clean house and you especially hate to clean floors, this is the product for you. I haven't been this excited about a housecleaning product in 20 years!Customer Review: Got what I paid for.

I have never used a steamer before and have always been challenged to clean my tile floor. The Haan steamer worked great on the ceramic tile and the hardwood floors. It is easy to use and does a great job. I also used it on my couch which I didn't realize it had that capability when I bought it. It worked great on that too. The floor steamer is very good. It heats up quickly and the pad dries the floor quickly after you pass over it.
The reason I couldn't rate this 5 stars is because I was expecting to get the carpet/furniture attachment piece as is shown in the illustration, but it did not come with the steamer. I have to order it separately. It does come with the steamer, handle parts (easy to assemble), 2 cleaning pads, and a plastic pad to place the steamer on if you keep it upright.
The pads have a velcro-like attachment, which is easy to put on and take off. The instructions say to remove it and replace with a fresh pad if it doesn't absorb all the water. Also, they suggest hand washing the pads, as machine washing will shorten the life of the pad.
