I was really excited to purchase this product. With kids and pets, my floors get pretty disgusting. My excitement was rewarded the first time I used this product. The grime came off the floors easily and left them streak free and shiney. The second time I used this product, only a few days later, the telescoping handle came off while I pushed it across the floor. I thought at first it just came loose, but after spending many frustrating minutes trying to figure out how to reattach, I realized this was a one piece item, and not supposed to come loose. My only option is to ship it back to the factory, at my expense. As it came in a non-standard sized box, my shipping costs look to be upwards of $20. I can see by the reviews others have had this problem, so it would appear to be a manufacturer defect. the manufacturer should pay for shipping to have it repaired.Customer Review: Haan FS20 Steam Cleaning Floor Mop

Living in Central Florida on an acre of sandy loam with two Australian Shepherd puppies means we're faced with really dirty floors. We have tile and laminate flooring throughout most of the house and I was pretty desperate for an easy quick way to clean up. I resurrected one of my husband's old shop vacs--cleaned it up and replaced the hose and floor piece--and it picks up most of the grit and dog hair pdq. But the rest of the job, mopping the tile and spritzing and dusting the laminate with special cleaners, was really tedious. The Haan Steam Cleaning Floor Mop solved that problem. It seems to clean really well without much effort, leaves no chemical residue, and dries quickly without streaking. I use one cleaning pad for the tile and a fresh pad for the laminate. I suspect I'll have to use a third pad when we eventually replace the carpet in the sun room with tile. My only complaint is that it is rather flimsily made--the adjustable handle collapsed to the lowest position and has stayed there since its first use--and the on-off switch has recently started sticking in the on position (it's only two months old). I recently purchased the Haan FS20 Steam Cleaning Floor Mop and I'm thrilled with my purchase. This mop cleans quickly and easily and by utilizing hot steam, my floor appears to be quite clean, with no streaks. Prior to this purchase, I had been using a Hoover Floor Mate to clean my ceramic tile floors and although it is effective, it is bulky, which made it difficult to maneuver in certain places and it always left my floors quite wet. I have 3 Labrador Retrievers so I'm constantly mopping up drool and muddy paw prints and the Haan Steam Cleaner makes this chore much easier.Customer Review: Haan Floor Steamer

I just purchased this and so far I love it. Very easy to use. Does a very nice job on cleaning my tile floors--"squeaky clean" Delivery was very fast--no problems. Will be ordering the replacement heads when needed from this company as well.
