Customer Review: Too small for much

I like the idea of a flat-folding utility cart that is easy to store and handles a lot of weight. However, when I received it, I found it really too small to carry much. I wanted to use it to carry my 3-legged Rottweiler when she gets tired on walks; I was hoping that her butt could stick out the back end. The handle bar takes up some of the cargo space in the back of the platform, which makes it even smaller. I discovered that the manufacturer, Sisco, also makes a DC-200 model which is larger and more feasible (36 x 24), but finding the manufacturer was quite a challenge. I found only their address through the Superpages.com, which was noted as a different city vs. the instruction/assembly page (Rancho Dominguez).In case you need their contact info:

I suspect they may be out of business as I tried a reverse lookup on the phone number, and Smartpages.com said it didn't exist. I'll try writing to them to try and find the larger size and see if I get a response....

We can't believe how many times we use this. I have had it for about a year and I use it for everything. From the wood pile to the house. For groceries to the house. We would be lost without this product. I will definitly buy it again because I fear we may wear the poor thing out. How about one that hold more weight.

One of the wheel bolts was defective and would not unscrew. It was a Christmas present, so I chose not to return the item but had a friend saw off the bolt and fill the cavity with foam so it would not rattle. It was very poorly packed, so the bolt could have been damaged in shipping. I was very disappointed with the condition of the item when I received it, so I will likely not order anything further from Amazon.Customer Review: Utility Cart # DC100

The cart is pretty good and it does fold so it's fairly easy to store in a closet. My problem with it is the handle is not long enough. The handle should be at least a foot longer.
My first choice was a standard hand truck but nothing was available at the time in my price range.
