It was great at beginning. After one month the whole thing out of work. I thought may be the battery was out. When I opened the unit it looked horrible . The battery connecter was rusted and broken because the connecter is in the water all the time.Customer Review: It works!

My dad uses this product in his garden and has no problems so I decided to purchase one for my garden. My dad has had problems with deer, rabbits and blue jays and I have had many problems with skunks, cats, and raccoons. Since installing the Havaheart niether of us have had any problems with these pests.
Mine is a little leaky, but my husband was able to fix the problem with a little plumber's tape. Also, it would be better if it had a telescoping stake to make it stand taller.

Deer around my home continually ate the leaves down to nothing on my two small hibiscus trees. With this water spray, it is noisy enough and sensitive enough to really work. In two weeks both trees now have good size leaves. I do not understand anyone not being able to figure out how to set this, it is simple enough for a child to do. Make sure you check the unit every couple of weeks to be sure the 9 volt battery is strong enough to trigger the motion sensor. Other than that no maintenance is required.
