Customer Review: After getting help - the stair warmers work perfectly

Original bad review: I bought 3 step warmers and connected them. The red indicator light does come on and I test it just like they say with pressing the test and reset buttons, but the step warmers do not get warm. The top one gets ever so slightly warm after many, many hours being turned on, but the next 2 stay COLD. I have rechecked the connections over and over and over and I have pushed the connectors in as far as is humanly possible. The HeatTrak Ice and Snow Melting Rubber Stair Treads do NOT work and my investment was substantial at $140 per tread and I got 3 = $420! What a waste of a lot of money. You do not need the aggravation of disappointment.
