I really wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering this item....It's lovely once you get it together but getting it together is really difficult without instructions, not even sure what we did was correct but it seems to be holding together, so far.
Also, I'm sure people of all ages would use this item, however, we were wondering what an elderly person would do if they ordered this item since what we ended up doing to get it together took 3 people in the office pulling, tugging, & sqeezing. We wondered what someone living alone would have done to put this together.
I'm going to write to the company to suggest - simple easy to explain instructions should be included. I'm not sure I would ever purchase a Honey-can-do product on-line again without knowing if instructions are included.
