After recieving this product, ease of setup is extremely good. We have 2 cats, a dog, and 2 birds in our apartment. I have allergies. The air quality has improved in a MAJOR way. I haven't had nearlly the congestion and irritation from airborne allergens since plugging this thing in. Very happy with the purchase!!! My only complaint is the fact that the coverage area is not wide enough. After having said that, for the price... I'm still happy and it has made a dramatic improvment. This is a great purifier for the money. You can certainly spend hundreds of dollars on an air purifier. We didn't want to do that. This one seems to work very well. I find the pre filter in the bottom catches most of the dust. We've had it in our son's room since the fall, and his allergies seem much better. I can't really tell if the HEPA filter is actually catching anything. I think it's collecting on the inside, so you can't really see it. Another plus is that you can actually vacuum out the filters a few times, and don't have to buy the expensive filters several times a year. It is a bit loud, which doesn't bother us. We sleep with fans on or a white noise generator anyway. When I say "loud", it's not an annoying noise. It's just a constant rush of air, which for me is kind of nice. I'm just about to purchase a second one for our bedroom.Customer Review: Great!
