Installed by our Plumbing and Heating Specialist. It did not work right out of the box. Set the Watchman at 45 degrees and it came on when the acutal temperature was above 50 degrees. Reset it for 40 degrees, and it still gave a false alarm. It has been returned. We will try a wireless therometer next (supposedly good for over 300 feet).
