Thought I purchased the Honeywell 504HAC replacement filter as listed on Amazon, but instead received a generic version that I could have purchased for significantly cheaper. I phoned the company but got no answer. I emailed the company and got no response. Would avoid any transactions with this company. I guess there is a reason there is a filter on our humidifier. Our old one was FILTHY. The new one dropped right in and was a perfect fit. We'll be replacing it much more frequently from now on.Customer Review: Do the job

Shipped quickly, product in good condition and as described on the site, fits in my humidifier. I didn't have any problems with receiving a generic version - this filter was in the branded Honeywell packaging.
One star off because these ones seem to need replacing more frequently than the slightly more expensive antibacterial ones with the blue layer.
