This fan is a powerful air mover, after reading the reviews i was worried it might be too loud, but this prove unfounded, sure it makes noise but when you have such high volume of air being moved, you got to expect some noise. Overall I'm very pleased with the purchase, it has lowered our AC bill, and really helps with hot humid NY summer.Customer Review: Excellent fan!

5 stars from us. This is a smaller, box style fan. Great base, will not tip over like other box style fans. Easily moves air. Can be a little loud on the higher settings. I'VE HADE THIS FAN FOR 6 + YRS.
TOP AND BOTTOM SCREW YOU NEED TO DRILL THE HEAD OFF IF YOU WANT A GOOD CLEAN,THE REST ARE PHILLIPS HEAD,TO GET THE FACE OFF, BUT THIS FAN HAS OUTLASTED THE BIGER METAL FANS WITCH ONLY LAST ABOUT 1 YR, ITS ALMOST AS BIG AS IT AND HAS JUST AS MUCH POWER.........
