I really love the permanent Hepa style filter. That was a real selling point to not have to buy expensive replacement filters.

I couldn't even tell you how well my air purifier works. I recieved it without the filter and when I contacted Amazon, they sent me to the manufacturer and the manufacturer will not respond to my inquiry. That being said, I wasted over $40 for something I can't use and couldn't tell you whether it even works or not. I purchase from Amazon quite often, good customer lost.
