This is not so much about a product but the company Allergy Be Gone. We ordered a filter for our humidifier from Amazon and it was actually from Allergy Be Gone in Edison, NJ. They shipped us two filters that were not what we ordered. They would not even fit our humidifier. When we called they said "oh, yeah, we were out of the filter you ordered so we sent these instead." My filter is round, they sent me square ones. We returned the filters and still 25 days later have not received a refund. Customer service is crappy at best. Sorry way to run a company and i don't expect they will be around much longer.Customer Review: Almost can't believe it!

O.K., I know I have only had this air purifier for 1 day, but I just couldn't wait to write a review for it. After reading the simple instructions, I plugged in the purifier at about 3:00 p.m., left it at the highest setting, and shut my bedroom door. Before going to bed, I turned the setting down to "2", and left it there all night. Last night was the first night I slept through the night in quite a long time, and when I woke up, I could actually breathe through both nostrils! This may not be a big deal to some of you but for me, it was an amazing feeling! I am now considering buying one for my office. The price was right, and it does a great job for it's size! Love the fact that I do not have to buy filters every couple months!Customer Review: Almost too good.

Bought this product because I live in a one bedroom apartment with a husband who smokes. I was looking for something to clear the air so I could breath and not have burning watering eyes. This purifier is so good that I can't even smell my glade plug in anymore. On the down side it is a lot nosier then advertised. Not super noisy but if the bathroom exhaust fan bothers you then your not going to like the sound of this machine. As a purifier it is excellent!!!!!! Almost too good. I miss my scented candle smells.Customer Review: Amazing!

It's such an amazing product, especially given its price. My expectation was not very high, but it is great.
I have a ferret, so my room always smells a little even I try really hard to clean. After I got this air purifier, I turned it on in the room on high for 10 hours straight, the smell was gone!!!

I had used this dust filter for years, and now it is sitting in my closet collecting dust in another way...
1) It really isn't that powerful. It needs to be in a fairly small room to be even remotely effective. Also, in a head-to-head battle with my gaming desktop, the desktop wins in collecting the most dust. Not exactly what I had in mind when I purchased this product.
2) As mentioned in other reviews, it is too loud for the small amount of dust it collects.
3) The biggest positive is there is no need to replace the filters.
