They,make very good fans,if you get the (Turbo-Blower-Fan),and i thought this was just a new model of that kind of (Fan),but it was not;.{{{ I have been useing there fans for about 6yrs,and i have them going 24-7--365yr,i sleep better with a fan going,for some reason?!?!?? But i STRONGLY,recomend buyiny the (Turbo),one it will blow pictures off the wall on high!! Now,this one here is more better or perfet,to move that heat and cool around your house,to save on that (Electric-Bill),it is the ideal,thing for that!! We have found that this fan does just the job we need it for and seems to a long lasting one. In the winter it is on 24/7 to keep our mantel cool for we use our fireplace to heat our entire house. It has saved us immedsely on utilities and made our home more cofortable.

I prefer an oscillating type of fan, one that sweeps across a room as it circulates the air. This fan does no oscillate, but for a table top size fan, it moves a fair amount of air. Its best feature, though, is its silence -- you can hardly hear it, even when it is running on high.Customer Review: Does its job

I was looking for a high-output desk fan. The Honeywell far surpassed my expectations. Moves a lot more air than any similar fan I've used. Pretty quiet about it too. Solidly made. I've not had the issue with "tilting up" that some have reported. Heck, the thing is wall-mountable. Excellent all-around value.
