I have purchased space heaters this season for two reasons: to make individual rooms more comfortable, plus having a heat source that can operator on a portable generator if we have another major power outage. I purchased this heater mainly to use it in my office. It works perfectly, and I like how the thermostat sets the temperature. It is a bit noisy, but honestly I don't even notice the noise! It also has a fan, which is great! I highly recommend this product.
Thank God for Amazon, because I bought this in summer and none of the stores had any heater left. So thank you Amazon!! I no longer freeze at work.

If you have a small room, it will heat it efficiently. Just make sure to close the door. It won't work for a larger room, but the price is so cheap, you can get a few for each room. It does the job for the price. It would heat up a child's room perfectly on those cold winter nights. It is also safe and if tipped over, it will turn off automatically. Not bad for the price. You may even find it cheaper than the price here at Amazon. I purchased it at Linens & Things for $24.99 (sale price) The regular price was $29.99.Customer Review: Great Heater for the Price!!!

This heater exceeded our expectations! The unit is a little noisy, but it doesn't bother us, and my wife is a lite sleeper. I'm in the process of buying a 2nd unit. Couldn't be happier for the price! Highly recommend. FYI, Consumer Reports rated this highly.
