This replaced our wired door chime that quit working. This product was easy to set up and install. It is louder that our old wired bell. The base unit is out of sight, so no unit on the wall(unless you want it and it would look nice on a wall). The sound quality is very nice. This thing doesn't have much more range than the cheaper Heathkit models sold at Home Depot. It works, but the 450 foot range is a huge exaggeration. I got a Heathkit wireless doorbell extender that works better than this doorbell.

This is a great product. I had it out of the box, installed, and operating in less than 10 minutes. And if you want to use it as a portable door chime it'd take even less time. The ring tones are good and the flashing light and indicators are a great bonus. My only concern is the outside push button that came with it, because I wonder how long it will stand up to the outdoor considering it looks rather cheap. However, it is protected from the elements by our porch so maybe I don't have anything to worry about. We'll have to see.Customer Review: I Love My Honeywell Door Chime!

I'm extremely pleased with this door chime. The tunes are crisp, clear with excellent tone quality. "Fantasy" is my current selection and it's so unique and sounds so beautiful that my delivery man asked if he could ring it again. And I'll never miss another visitor because I can take the portable chime with me when I tend my garden.
The Honeywell has all the features that I wanted in the Jacob Jensen, but at a much more affordable price. I've been using my Honeywell for over 2 months and it still makes me happy every time my doorbell chimes.
