Customer Review: Terrible Product Summary: 1 Stars
After about a month, it started producing cool-mist that smelled funny, like something bad had rotted in the room. The filters are a nuisance. I think I'm much better off with a steam vaporizer.
Customer Review: Terrible product! Summary: 1 Stars
My husband and I just purchased this unit for our soon-to-be baby's room. We decided to "try it out" in our room first. I'm glad we did, I hate the product!
1. Operation is very noisy-this is sure to keep us and baby up at night.
2. No on/off switch, you have to plug in and unplug each day.
3. Where's the mist?? There is no visible mist generated, doesn't even FEEL like anything is coming out.
4. Skin is still dry, throat dry....simply does not work.
So, after 5 days of trial use we are returning to the store.
Customer Review: This humidifier is great! Summary: 5 Stars
I read some of the reviews and totally disagree with them! I have had NO trouble with this product. It creates a soothing "white noise" and I can even see the mist in the air, it comes out so strongly. I have to refill it each night before I put my child to bed.
One of the reviewers below must have a different product because there are no "orange lights" on this humidifier. It is very easy to use. You just have to make sure the filter is installed properly or you will get a humming sound.
Customer Review: This old lady likes it Summary: 4 Stars
I'm on my second winter with this humidifier and find it in many ways superior to others we have owned in our 43 years together, living in many different parts of the country.
Yes, you can clean it and store it dry offseason; the last one before this I never could get totally dry.
Yes, it's a nuisance having to plug it in and unplug it, and pay attention to the reservoir level when out of the room.
My biggest problem is that I've been looking for a supply of replacement filters, and I'm too sick to go shopping in stores and trying to tell others what I want...
So here I am online looking for replacement filters. What a drag!
